We are looking to fill the role of jobsite Project Engineer who can meet the following criteria:
*Responsibilities:*
* Budget Administration and Management
* Processing of Owner and Subcontractor Change Orders
* Processing of Owner and Subcontractor Draw Applications
* Assist in Buyout, and Preparing Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
* Processing of Requests for Information (RFI’s)
* Processing of Submittals
* As-Built and Record Document Management
* Owner/Architect Meeting Preparation and Participation
* Safety Documentation Administration and Management
* Jobsite Office and File Management
* Punchlist Program Management
* Closeout Documentation Preparation and Presentation
*Requirements:*
* A strong work ethic
* A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
* Proficient computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Experience with Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Build and/or Microsoft Project a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Stable Employment History or equivalent in Construction/Engineering Education
