*Tactical Work:*
· Open Store and make sure it is presentable and ready for business.
· Stock Shelves.
· Assist Customers with sales, work orders, and general information.
· Answer phone.
· Right down parts, accessories, and units to re-order.
· Ensure all units in the showroom are tagged with current and accurate pricing and information.
· Clean counters, floors, shelves, and units.
· Break down and dispose of all cardboard.
· Take out trash.
Z out cash drawer at the end of the day.
*Standards:*
· Always be polite and maintain professionalism.
· The store is fully opened and ready for business by 8am.
· Clock in and out on time.
· Customers are greeted within 30 seconds of entering.
· Phone is answered before the third ring.
· Work order time estimates are coordinated with Technicians.
· All items for reorder are written down as needed.
· Stock all shelves prior to them becoming empty.
· Clean all shelves, counters, and units as needed.
· All cardboard will be disposed of immediately.
· All trash cans to be emptied at the end of the day.
· Z out for cash drawers will be within $1.

*Companywide Standards:*
· All work will be performed to company policies and standards inherent in all Position Agreements.
· Client and company information will be held strictly confidential outside the company.
· Manager will be notified of any issues to be resolved or that cannot be met by reporting position.
· Problems with any system must be brought to the attention of manager so the system can be improved.
· Employees will provide staff assistance as requested; each employee may be asked from time to time to cover other areas of accountability and/or departments.
· Employees will have weekly, regularly scheduled meetings with their manager.
Employees are encouraged to recommend ideas for the improvement of their department and position that are consistent with the company’s vision.
