*Responsibilities*
* Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
* Client Follow-up and Database Management
* Customer Service and inbound call handling
* Coordinate and manage showings and open houses.
* Showing Clients homes.
* Perform Final Walk-throughs and Inspection Meetings
* Guiding clients through the closing process and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
* Collaborating with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions
*Qualifications*
* Must have a valid California license to practice Real Estate.

Starting at $25 per hour with the opportunity to earn bonuses.
