For Students, I'm about 3 mi to Simpson College, 4 mi to Bethel, and 5 mi to Shasta College.

This is a house of relaxation and moderation, that will be shared with me, a 63yr old woman, a small dog, (sometimes 2) and another renter when room gets rented.
I’m a massage therapist and work out of my home in my Master suite, between the standard hours of 10am to 7pm Monday thru Saturday, and an occasional Sunday.
You will share the main bathroom, which has a skylight, and a 3 way medicine cabinet with lots of storage space, but you will need to supply your own towels, extra bedding, laundry soap, and Contribute to the toilet paper.
Don't have to be a clean freak, but not a total slob either.
Prefer goal oriented, HONEST working individuals, active retiree’s or students in transitional stage, who are conscientious and respectful of others.
