It has a small table, a book shelf, a ceiling fan, and a build-in wardrobe.
The house has WIFI and washer/drier.
The house is cooled via a large evaporative cooler (swamp cooler) that's cheap to run - so utilities are not expensive in summer.
You will have access to the kitchen and lounge room.
There is off-street parking available.
We have a relatively large back yard.
