I am a 46 year old disabled man renting a room I ask that you have a stable job, income.
All utilities included electricity gas wi-fi.
You would share a bathroom with my other roommate.
I ask that you don’t use drugs or alcohol and no smoking inside.
There’s a parking spot for you.
All I ask of my roommates is that there’s no drama and you clean up after yourself.
I have people that clean up after me and clean the living room and kitchen every week.
There’s a washer and dryer in garage.
Single occupancy only!! No couples no kids.
NO PETS I have 2 cats that are inside cats .
Rent is $600 a month and $400 deposit
