$700 / 1br - Room for Rent (Red Bluff)

I have a small room in my house that I am renting out for $700 a month.
The $700 includes all rent and utilities ( electric, water, sewer, Wi-Fi, garbage).
There is no deposit.
The room is private but everything else is shared.
No pets.
I have several indoor/outdoor cats.
You do not have to let my cats in your room but they will be in the rest of the house.
So if this bothers you, then this is not the place for you.
I am in a same sex relationship and have been married to my partner for 18 years.
So if this bothers you, then this is not the place for you.
My house is kind of cluttered and messy so neat freaks will not be happy here.
Also we drink and smoke and stay up late and sleep late.
So " do-gooders" and someone looking for complete quiet will not be happy here.
I'm looking for someone who can pay their rent on the 1st of each month.
I rely on the money to make my car payment and after the 1st it's late.
My partner and I are hella cool people and pretty easy to get along with.
All we ask is that you pay your rent on time and clean up behind yourself.
There is washer and dryer access.
There is only street parking.
No pets.
As I have already mentioned, I have several cats and I don't think I can handle any more.
