I"m looking for a new wonderful housemate/individual.
I am holistic, healthy, active, but pretty quiet in the house, 98% vegetarian and eat a healthy, whole foods diet.
I need the same in a cohabitant: someone mostly veg, veg or vegan.
I'm relatively quiet and private but good, clear, mature, non-judgmental communication is essential.
I will be considerate of you, your needs and your privacy and expect the same in return.
No drugs, alcohol or smokes (including weed).
I have 2 cats and can't have any more pets, sorry.
The room for rent is a good size with a private bath, 2 good sized windows, large closet, etc.
It is partially furnished, but anything can be removed.
I have a large, peaceful backyard and deck.
Shared household chores and responsibilities: yard and garden (but we pay someone to mow), shoveling snow, bringing in firewood, making the fire, etc.
There is a wood stove, but it doesn't heat the entire house, so shared electric bill.
I prefer someone with the intent of being here long term, but of
course you never know how things will work out, still I am asking for a lease agreement.
And that is why I do want to take some time to get to know you first.
The side curtains on the bedroom closet are no longer brown!!!! They are a medium green/blue color now.
