He wants a house maid and cook.
He'll expect you to do his laundry, change his sheets, clean 20 years worth of built up dust, dog hair and grime, clean up his disgusting old dogs' pee and poop, (he's rich but too cheap to take his dogs to the groomers so you'll be expected to bathe them and trim their nails as well), he'll want steak dinners cooked every night.
He'll expect you to grocery shop with him and carry everything in and put it all away.
He'll expect you to do yard work and pick up dog poop.
And don't you say one word about it not being okay or else a team of screaming banshees (his greedy family) will be in your face.
He claims no drinking or drugs allowed but will then ask if you can get him some drugs.
he typically only rents to women so it's easier for him to take their rent and kick them out when
they insist on living their own lives, instead of sitting on the couch watching NBC and Fox News football and NASCAR bs all day.
He will sit on the couch and ask you where you're going when you leave and where you've been when you return.
You will have little to no privacy.
There were vodka bottles hidden under our bed from his last tenant.
No one cleaned the room prior.
And a step stool outside the window.
I imagine to avoid being questioned every time she left the room.
Obviously she had to hide her activities and was kicked out as well.
His family are psychotic bullies, just waiting for him to die so they can cash in, that will call the cops on you making false allegations in a lame attempt to make you seem like a criminal.
They kept thousands of dollars worth of my belongings and I was forced to leave in one hour, leaving me with no choice but to stay in a motel, wasting my entire savings leaving me with no choice but to sue them in civil and small claims court for illegal eviction process and theft of
belongings.
