The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, a desk with office chair, a built in closet, and a tv with roku.
The kitchenette has a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster oven with dishes.
A large portable electric heater is included.
Rent includes utilties, internet with wi-fi, and garbage service.
Application with income and identity verification is required to move-in
Move-in requires first month's rent with a security deposit and rental agreement.
Short term rentals okay.
Dogs are allowed with a small deposit.
About me and my neighborhood: I am a local resident that works for the county.
I am surrounded by neighbors who are mostly friends.
There is little to no crime in the neighborhood.
It snows here in the winter.
