00/hourly *CLASSIFICATION: *Non-Exempt *SUPERVISES: *None *JOB SUMMARY: *This team member will ensure customer satisfaction, assist and educate guests on finding the best options for their needs.
You will be responsible for demonstrating efficient work methods, educating guests on products and dosing, intake and verification.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * The essential duties and responsibilities outlined here are representative of those that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this position, however, are not all inclusive: 1.
Ability to provide great customer service through answering questions by staying up to date with the latest market trends and product education 2.
Checks guests IDs to ensure that only those 21 years of age or older are entering the dispensary 3.
Maintains a streamlined approach to communication within guests, sales and leadership team 4.
Knowledgeable in the different strains of cannabis and their uses 5.
Educating guests about cannabis use through one-on-one conversation 6.
Uses Point of Sale (POS) operations including creating new orders, adjusting open orders, adding items, discounts, applying loyalty points, voiding items, and processing payments, including cash handling 7.
Collaborates with leadership to develop, coordinate, and identify cost-effective advertising 8.
Ensures the store always looks clean and inviting 9.
Places and rotates merchandise to attract positive attention from customers 10.
Assure compliance with local, state, and federal licensing requirements 11.
Follows SOPs for all of the above 12.
Performs all duties in a manner that continually supports the vision, mission, values, and principles of the Redding Rancheria Sundial LLC 13.
Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Redding Rancheria Sundial LLC guest service program 14.
Other duties as assigned by Buying Manager or Dispensary Manager *EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS* The education requirements outlined here are representative of the minimum that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this position; however, higher levels of education than required will be reflected during the recruitment process: § A high school diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required *EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
