net) Hope to meet you soon! *Responsibilities* * Delegate tasks to staff and supervise their performance * Scheduling, arranging shift coverage in unexpected circumstances * Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges * Maintaining quality of products * Coordinate and communicate efficiently with staff and other managers * Ability to manage internal complaints/problems with professionalism * Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any grievance that arises * Enforcing company policies * Assist in ordering, receiving, display, and sale of all products in accordance to company quality and merchandising standards * Assist in developing marketing events and other promotional activities to maximize sales and profits * ensure work environment is clean and safe * work with store manager on evaluation and overall supervision of department personnel * monitor shrink levels and take action to achieve desired results *Skills* * Proven experience as a Produce Manager or relevant role * Good knowledge of retail and/or grocery, produce retail operations * Availability to work different shifts, including weekends * Excellent organizational skills * Team management abilities * Leadership abilities * Proficient customer service capabilities Job Type: Full-time Salary: $22.
