```Job Overview: We are seeking a customer-oriented and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases.

Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need - Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system - Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Assist with order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of products - Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area - Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management - Utilize our system (CMMS) to track inventory levels Qualifications: - Previous experience in cash handling and retail sales is preferred - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products - Knowledge of retail math and ability to calculate discounts, taxes, and change - Familiarity with order fulfillment processes - Experience in the automotive industry - Proficient in using POS systems and other computerized sales tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a customer-focused sales role, we encourage you to apply.
