female looking for room to rent

Hi! I just moved to the area and I’m looking for a room to rent or a studio/single person apartment.
I work full time here and am looking for somewhere to call home.
A bit about me, I’m in my 20s, work, travel and love the outdoors/festivals/making friends/being at the water/being out.
Ideal room/place would be nicer/modern/clean and really hoping for a private bathroom and/or private entrance.
I do work and travel and have quite a bit of friends, so I will be out of the house quite a bit.
There is nights I may sneak in home late and many nights I won’t be home, so feeling my belongs are safe is important.
I’m very friendly, clean, social, quiet when at home, polite and considerate.
I often eat out so kitchen space isn’t such a big deal for me.
I would like female roommates but can do male if you’re not creepy.
Ideally would love to become friends with the people I live with and would like to be around the same ages but if not I’m okay with sticking to myself.
I do have a dog but if he can’t come, he will stay behind and I can visit him.
