ISO: temporary room for rent

Must be LGBT friendly and able to take in 2 emotional support animals .
Looking for a room to rent for family member(single) , he's been living in a really unhealthy place and needs somewhere asap and long enough to be able to find better opportunities work wise and for living as well.
Best situation would be a private room and bathroom with yard.
Due to current living situation he says he can only afford 300 but I'm working with him to get him a better job asap and increase the budget soon.
