Massage rent trade (Redding)

Hola, I am a 31 y/o female looking for a partial trade room share.
I am a massage therapist so looking to do a monthly massage trade for partial rent off.
Spiritual gay pagan, autistic and quiet.
Work a decent amount won’t be home much and will hide in my room most likely the rest of the time.
I have a 4 y/o that’s mostly with his dad and won’t be with me much but he’ll pop in from time to time.
I also date a woman who might come stay once in awhile.
Trying to move out from living with my sons dad and looking to pay around $300 month plus trading Massage and anything else you might need help with on property or housework.
