Full time employed - Looking for room (Redding)

Hello, Thank you for reading.
I am an older, full time employed (out of home) male (mid 50s) in search of a room.
I have furniture if needed, or I am okay with a fully furnished room also.
There are a couple things I am trying to hold out for: 1) A master bedroom with my own bathroom if possible (willing to pay a little more for that) 2) I am single and not looking to let anyone into my life anytime soon, BUT never know what life will bring, so hoping to find a place that will allow a guest (overnight) a couple times a month and has no issue with a visitor (a couple hours couple days a week) I am extremely respectful for others and their property.
I am clean and very quiet.
For the most part you will rarely know I am there since I stay to myself.
This move is somewhat faster than I was expecting, so I am hoping security deposit wont be an issue or can be worked out on a payment thing, so I can cover the first months rent upfront If you have anything and willing to talk, message me.
