Clean respectful 31 yr old (Mount Shasta/mccloud/dunsmuir)

Hello my name is Lyle! 31 yr old male.
ive lived in Mt Shasta area for around 6 years.
Im currently looking to go in on a 2 or 3 bedroom with someone.
Im pretty laid back, i do music production so there would be volume but i work generally pretty quiet, i just need someone thats ok with that at and ideally a house that you dont hear everything.
I also am an artist.
I will work at the ski park this winter teaching snowboarding and this summer i plan to travel a bit and do some different kinds of work.
