ROOMMATE NEEDED (Redding)

NEED OF A ROOMMATE! It’s an older apartment so don’t expect something extremely nice lol.
Rent is 1450 we will pay 725 each.
Pge for gas is: $2.
00 the highest it’s been was $20 bucks Electricity is usually :$100 if you use less lights but can reach to 3$00 so $150 each if so Wi-Fi is : $50 bucks a month if you don’t wish to have Wi-Fi it’s okays you don’t have to pay half.
The bedroom available to you would be the smallest room but how I guess everyone does is you get the small room and the garage and I get the parking spot outside (: I moved in around September so I haven’t been able to get any couches so the living room looks empty my old roommate missed home so he moved on October and money piled up.
Hoping after a new roommate I can invest in a couch.
I do have two dogs already, and they only allowed 2 pets.

Dishwasher Small playground Pool and Jacuzzi open till 10pm The landlord is absolutely the most amazing person ever.
It is a duplex , it has a upstairs.
Very quiet neighborhood Weavertree apartments is the name of you want to check out the review.
Deposit will be :600 Rent will be : $725 for first time but I can maybe lower it to 625 since the room is small i kinda feel bad I don’t mind paying the extra 100.
If you can’t afford paying for the deposit you can make payments or I would just get the full check ( deposit) in the end and I would have to make a contract to ensure we both understand that.
Move in can be January 2024 but if you are tying to move in Dec2023 we can figure something out .
It is a 12 month lease and it will be up next year in September .
( if you want to move out before the lease , let me know a lot can change and I might want to too.
If that happens I will ensure I find a new roommate if you decided to stay to ensure that you’re all set .
