Hey there, my name is Jayme and I'm seeking to rent a room starting January for 1 year as I attend the Institute of Technology in Redding.
The School is mostly online so I'm seeking a quiet
environment free of drama, drugs, and excessive drinking.
Ok with dogs and cats.
Note I'll be a full time student at home much of the time except the 2 days /week in-person.
I have great landlord references if needed and have never been evicted.
Non drinker, non smoker, OK with 420.
Ideally rent would be $500-$750/month range.
About me: 38 years old.
I've lived in Mount Shasta most of my life and love nature.
Recently discovered birding and love doing that.
Also foraging, mycology, camping, gym, traveling, playing guitar and reading novels.
I'm mellow, considerate and respectful of others and I hope to receive the same from those I live with.
