Seeking space to park RV for 2 months redding plus work trade? (Redding)

We are a couple looking for a place to move our RV.
Preferably by mid Dec we need to find a better location looking for someone who'd work with us with cash but work trade.
Can do contract it is me and my bf can both pass background check and have ok rental history.
Quiet no pets or kids visitors would be rare.
We don't have enough for hookups as only 200 monthly we can do work trade.
Experience cleaning organizing small side jobs no heavy labor.
We could pay up to 400 after jan.
Quiet and decent RV all legal not an eyesore if access to hookups could be worked out willing to but not needed.
We also have a small white car that'd have to come with us.
So seeking space for these 2 vehicles were wed be allowed to have it there it's not drive able too far as gas but prefer to have it parked.
