Looking for a room! (Redding)

Hey there! I’m moving to the Redding area and looking for a room to rent month to month from someone.
I’m easy going, very clean and work most of the time so I will probably never be home.
I don’t do drugs, light drink, no pets, or kids.
A little about myself I’m 28 mixed ethnicity, I like movies and hanging with friends and family and love food, I am bisexual so a lgbta friendly would be ideal.
Please let me know asap the availability of the room and amount to move in!
