Apartment Maintenace Staff

Scope and Position Maintenance is responsible for all routine and preventative maintenance of the apartment complex.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: 1.
Determine scope of repairs required to all mechanical/electrical systems and perform the same.
2.
Coordinate with project supervisor, if a contractor is required, because the scope of repairs are beyond the in-house capabilities.
3.
Perform all repairs, cleaning and painting to prepare a vacant apartment for rent.
4.
Coordinate through the resident managers for preparation of vacant units.
5.
Assist in daily clean-up and maintenance of the apartment complex.
6.
Perform or coordinate emergency maintenance.
7.
Report any deficiencies noted during routine maintenance or while out on the site.
8.
Perform all landscape maintenance.
Qualifications 1.
Having a working knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing techniques is a plus but not required - we will train you.
2.
The knowledge and ability to perform routine landscaping maintenance.
3.
The knowledge and ability to perform routine painting.
