Young Blue Parakeet / Budgerigar (Budgie)

The bird would be a great addition to an aviary or as a companion to another bird.
I believe the budgie may be female, because it's about 18 months old and still has pale ceres.
The budgie enjoys spend time free flying and will land in your hand, if you offer a bribe (millet).
I will provide the cage and toys, along with a little food to tie you over.
The bird and all its belonging are free to a good home.
