For Hire: Chef, Biz Asst., Yoga & Kickboxing instructor (Mount Shasta/Dunsmuir)

The restaurant I recently took over as chef at had to close indefinitely due to lawsuits non related to me.
I am now deciding on whether to continue working here in Siskiyou county, which I've lived for 2 years or move again.
I will need to find a suitable job quickly if I'm going to stay.
I need at least $25 an hour or a valid explanation for why I should be willing to settle for less I can do everything involving a restaurant as I ran my own for 3 years with many successes (Backbone Cafe Sacramento) Have 10 year’s experience in chef work Have been head chef at 4 different types of restaurant everywhere from fine dining & catering to fast casual Excellent at improving menus, atmosphere & finding better budgeting options Carry a positive & focused work mentality and lift up all I work around Also happen to be a certified yoga instructor & have experience as a professional kickboxer and am available to be hire for teaching either one.
