We are looking for an AMAZING and SUPER OUTGOING individual to join our team!
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
✅ A super OUTGOING and FUN personality! This is absolutely #1.
Can you be the center of attention in front of a group of 20-30+ people? Can you be loud, funny, and talk to anyone?
✅ Do you have experience in kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, boxing, Tae Kwon Do, or some form of striking? \*YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A PROFESSIONAL FIGHTER!\* We are looking for people with experience, but a professional record is not important to us.
We are a fun FITNESS gym, not a fighters gym.
✅ A PLAYERS! We only hire A players on our team.
Those who are EXCITED to coach with us and really WANT to be part of the Sweet Fitness Kickboxing team! This is not for people just looking for easy extra cash (although it is pretty fun and easy!).
✅ Dependable, HONEST, and ready to work! This is the most fun job you'll EVER have, but work still needs to get done! Can you show up on time? Not miss work? Complete tasks and follow guidelines?
✅ NOT MOVING SOON.
We need someone who will be around for a minimum of one year.
If you are moving soon, we wish you luck! But we need someone who plans to be in Redding for a while.
