As a Customer Success Specialists, you will be the first point of contact for our telecommunications customers; resolving problems, creating tickets, and addressing customer concerns.
We’re looking for customer focused individuals, passionate about providing an amazing experience, have an attention to detail, and like to problem solve! We’re offering $3,000/month with career opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
You will be representing the Continuant brand, providing exceptional customer experiences by responding to a variety of technical and non-technical customer inquiries.
You will accurately document, utilize technical resources, partner with internal and external service teams, and resolve new problems daily.
Communicate with customers in written and verbal form and maintain accurate and timely records and updates in ServiceNow, our IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system.
Partner with, support, and learn from Customer Success Managers.

Comfortable making outbound & taking inbound phone calls and have clear and direct verbal communication skills
