Excel small project bank transactions need auto categorizing (Redding)

I have one spreadsheet with around 13,000 bank and credit card transactions that have been imported or auto populated from Plaid.
I need someone versed in Excel that can integrate AI to look at historical categorization and teach the AI how to auto categorize the balance of blank categories.
I would like to have a dependent dynamic drop down for Categories and Sub Categories for going forward with new manual transactions.
Then a pivot table to organize and show the Categories and financials all on one sheet for my CPA.
Maybe someone with Excel experience can do this with VLOOKUP and dropdown knowledge.
I have all the transactions and categories on one sheet and have done some of the categorizations manually.
I need a dynamic financial worksheet that can automate most of this and would like to use it going for new transactions.
