Wanted: Heating Panels out of heated jacket - $20 (Redding)

I need to build my own heated jacket, a completely fireproof version for welding in cold weather.
Polyester fabrics on all commercially sold heated jackets are flammable at high temperatures and are unacceptable for my application.
If you have a damaged heated jacket that doesn't charge anymore, or doesn't turn on, I can use the panels directly.
I will sew them into the leather welding jacket I am using as a donor jacket.
