Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers.
Conduct test drives and provide detailed product information.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals efficiently.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Qualifications: Proven experience in automotive sales, specifically in the used car segment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
Knowledge of financing options and the ability to explain them to customers.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
