Currently, we are seeking a qualified Regional Manager for our Northern California Windows division.
The successful applicant should reside in the Redding/Red Bluff, California area.
About The Position
• Work with Company leadership to determine, define, and execute branch business plan
• Implement sales and market strategy to best capture business with Architects, Builders, and Remodelers
• Effectively lead a team of sales, service, and administrative employees
• Actively manage Accounts Receivables and Profit/Loss for the branch
• Develop sales objectives, effectively communicate strategies with regional team, and manage the effectiveness of those objectives in line with company goals
• Assess, manage, and develop the sales team to ensure individual and branch sales goals are achieved
• Develop and maintain relationships, new programs, and events that drive sales
• Ensure sales team consistently strives to exceed customer expectations
• Continuously expand knowledge of the industry and market pricing
• Continuously improve in areas of product knowledge, process knowledge, and selling techniques
Qualifications
• 5 years proven management success, experience with sales is a plus
• Strong track record of significant contributions to the development of sales and operational teams
• Exceptional skill in leadership, motivation, and management
• Solid knowledge of window and door industry customer management, sales support, product positioning, and direct sales channels
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills across customer audience targets (builders and architects) to accomplish goals
• Ability to achieve complete proficiency in our bid programs/emails, technology
• Positive, effective attitude that aligns with Company culture

The general wage range for this position at Sierra Pacific Industries is from $95,000 and $120,000 per year, and is dependent upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to: relevant work experience, skill, knowledge, and/or education.
