Receptionist for tax office wanted (Redding)

CTS4TAXES in Redding is hiring a receptionist for the busy tax season in 2024.
Position will be seasonal, from January thru Mid April.
Re-hires each season always an option! This is a part time 25-30 hours a week position that is now available.
Perfect for the college student, parent who wants to ease back into working or that second seasonal job.
Afternoons/evenings and Saturday availability from 9-2 is a plus! This is a fast paced job with duties like: Answering multi line phones.
Faxing and scanning Making appointments over the phone and in person.
(We use appt plus) Preparing files/folders for pickup.
Preparing documents and spreadsheets.
Filing finished folders.
Other basic office duties.
