Well-established law firm seeks part-time front office assistant, who is hard working, dedicated, organized, detail oriented and looking to grow with our company.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our team with in-office tasks, and outstanding customer service.
This is a part time position, 8:30AM - Noon, Monday through Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks will include, but are not limited to –
• Taking/Directing Calls
• Copying, scanning, faxing and emailing documents
• Occasionally running errands such as to the courthouse or other law offices
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1-year general office experience required, 2 plus years preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organized and able to adapt quickly
• Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player
• Positive attitude
• Proven strong organizational and time management skills
COMPENSATION:
Depending on experience.
