We are looking for a well-organized construction administrative assistant to help with clerical and administrative work in our busy construction company.
The ideal candidate will have great computer, communication, and time management skills.
Previous experience in the industry is helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the business owner, project managers, and other construction management staff.
• Answer incoming phone calls respond to emails in a professional way and set appointments.
• Execute clerical and general office duties such as filing, data entry, typing, copying, and other administrative tasks for special projects as requested.
Qualifications:
• A high school diploma is required; additional college is a plus.
• 3 years of administrative experience - previous administrative experience in a construction office is ideal.
• Familiarity with the construction industry is desired but not required.
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills are needed.
• Proficient in computer skills, especially Apple Mac.
