*Responsibilities/Essential Functions*
* Support the Finance Department with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, and Payroll services
* (A/P) Remit payment to our vendors and stakeholders in a timely fashion while maintaining an up-to-date A/P log with weekly snapshots
* (A/R) Remit and follow up on invoices to our clients in a timely fashion while maintaining an up-to-date A/R log with weekly snapshots
* Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping of all transactions within US-Offsite's accounting software, which incorporates the correct class, location, category, field, etc.
* Reconcile A/P and A/R against cash transactions and assist supervisor with weekly/monthly closeouts
* Collaborate with Project Superintendent to ensure accuracy (hours and categories) for bi-weekly timesheets within our timekeeping software
* Being a part of a high-performing work culture that is characterized by respect and honor for every team member
* Ensure timely, respectful, and courteous communications with outside stakeholders e.

* Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline and optimize the A/P, A/R, Bookkeeping, and Payroll process
*Job Requirements*
* 2+ years accounting (bookkeeping, A/P, A/R) experience
* Proficient with Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
* Familiarity with software such as Quickbooks, SAP, Netsuite a plus
* Excellent organization and communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills
* CPA not required
*General Requirements *
* Ability to remain stationary and work in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
* Daily responsibilities include repetitive motions, such as typing, that may involve wrists, hands, or fingers
