Five years minimum in high-level double-entry accounting, or finance related experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully mentor others.
Proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel and Word.
Detail-oriented and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid working knowledge of GAAP.
Ability to work and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Controller who will support the CFO and accounting department.
The Assistant Controller will be responsible for helping oversee and audit all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting and a meticulous attention to detail.
Public accounting experience is highly valued.
