QUALIFICATIONS:*
· Possess bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting, or associates degree in business administration/accounting plus 2-years of experience in a business, accounting, or financial/accounting setting.
· Business development “crusader.

· The ability to communicate and share information effectively with colleagues and management regarding the financial aspects of the business.
· Ability to create and maintain documents using Excel, Word, Outlook.
· Intermediate QuickBooks skills/experience helpful.
NetSuite and/or ERP experience is preferable.
Hyper-focus-attention to detail, accuracy, timelines, etc.
· Demonstrated solid organization and project management skills.
· Current California driver’s license, with an acceptable DMV printout and insurability history.
· Ability to pass a DOJ criminal background check.
· Ability to pass CPR and First Aid courses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
· Develops, implements, and documents all perfect accounting systems.
· Develops and implements department policies and procedures.
· Performs and manages all accounting operational functions.
Financial accounting and the accounting cycle(s), maintains the master schedule, financial reporting, managerial and cost accounting, cash flow forecasting, projected method budgeting, variance analysis, internal and external audits, tax, etc.
· Maintain chart of accounts and modify as needed for current and additional sites and cost centers.
· Provides and reviews profit and loss vs.
budget monthly.
Provides explanation on discrepancies.
· Proper accounting for all main subfunctions of accounting namely: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
· Routine comprehensive general ledger reconciliations and support documentation.
· Bank account reconciliations, via the daily cash reconciliation method.
· Meets all performance standards and objectives, within the overall aim being to perpetually deliver business results.
· Perpetually evaluates GAAP accounting and internal control systems.
· Developing and monitoring department production and performance metrics.
